Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach invites an attentive Host/Hostess to join the dining team. You will warmly welcome guests, coordinate with servers, and maintain an optimal dining setup across the restaurant sections.

The role emphasizes service excellence in a luxury hotel environment. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Food & Beverage, strong communication, and the ability to operate restaurant computer systems.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in Food & Beverage outlet
• Experience within luxury hotels is an asset
• Ability to operate F&B computer systems

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers
• Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and make recommendations as to the setup of the table sections
• Ensure cleanliness of each section of the dining room and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set
• Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information

• One to two years’ previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet; p previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset

• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems

• Strong communication skills
