What you will do

• Assist the bartender in preparing and serving a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards.
• Keep and monitor the stock of cocktail ingredients ready for every shift.
• Ensure cleanliness of glassware and the bar area.
