Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Banquet Server to provide professional, attentive service for events in a luxury setting. You will take orders, present menus, and ensure flawless service aligned with outlet standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in a luxury-brand environment, strong English, and teamwork. You will collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain high guest experiences while upholding hygiene and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
• Outgoing personality with a can-do attitude.
• Understanding of Banquet operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
• Present menus, recommend dishes, and explain daily specials.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards always.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Banquet Supervisor, Assistant Banquet Manager or Director of Banquets.

About The Role

The Banquet Server provides professional and attentive service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience in accordance with the outlet’s standards.

What you will do
