They are not just beverage enthusiasts, but also hosts of the space. Their role extends beyond the bar to take ownership of guest service broadly. They use their knowledge and expertise to ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly. They build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and fulfill our guests’ needs. Passion for guest service and attention to detail—from handling money and providing information to maintaining drink quality—is essential.

Critical to success are creating a safe workplace, following policies and procedures, protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting a professional appearance. Bartenders will be on their feet, moving around, and engaging in physical tasks such as lifting and reaching, including handling objects up to 25 pounds, bending, twisting, and stooping. Performing these duties well is vital to delivering excellent service and supporting our business every day.
