Job summary

Client of AQJOBS seeks a Banking & Treasury Specialist to oversee banking activities, corporate finance requirements, payment gateways and financial reconciliation. The role requires solid UAE banking and finance experience, including knowledge of business loans, facilities, digital payments and cash flow management.

The successful candidate will coordinate with banks and internal teams, manage reconciliation processes, and contribute to regular treasury reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, or treasury, preferably in the UAE.
• Experience in business loans, credit facilities, and loan documentation.
• Good knowledge of payment gateways such as Stripe, Network International, or similar platforms.
• MS Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP B1, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day banking activities and relationships with banks.
• Handle business loans, credit facilities, and banking documentation.
• Prepare feasibility reports and required documents for loan applications.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding facilities and financing requirements.
• Manage and monitor payment gateways and e-commerce transactions.
• Handle payment settlements, refunds, chargebacks and transaction-related issues.
• Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow, receipts, payments and banking transactions.
• Prepare regular banking and treasury reports for management.
• Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proper records of banking and financial documents.
• Support negotiations with banks and financial institutions when required.
