Job summary

Markai Commercial Brokers, Abu Dhabi, seeks a full-time Sales Associate to engage with customers, assess banking needs, and recommend credit cards, loans, accounts, and insurance referrals. You will generate leads, conduct meetings, explain product features, and coordinate with partners to support applications.

The role requires strong communication in English, relationship-building, and a proactive, ethical, customer-focused approach to meet targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills; ability to explain financial products clearly.
• Knowledge of banking products and services such as credit cards, loans, mortgages, SME or corporate accounts.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional UAE languages are a plus.
• Organizational and time-management skills with accurate records and target achievement.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with an ethical, customer-focused approach.
• Previous banking or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Generating and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and calls; explaining product features and benefits; preparing basic documentation; coordinating with banking partners to support applications.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions; following up on pending cases; meeting sales targets; contributing to a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to share market feedback, refine sales approaches, and support team objectives.
