This leading UK and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join their market leading Banking & Finance practice in Dubai to focus particularly on the Private Credit and Fund Financing areas. Their clients include a stellar list of major international and local banks, corporates, SWFs, private capital investors (incl. private credit providers) and other sponsors, with their work spanning the whole of the MENA region and beyond. Work of the wider B&F group spans the full range of transactions, including secured and unsecured bilateral and syndicated loans, leveraged and acquisition finance, private credit, fund finance, rescheduling and restructuring, loan transfers, participations and loan portfolio acquisitions and disposals. Applicants will therefore need first class legal ability, coupled with a practical commercial approach (with a track record in taking responsibility for and managing deals); along with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills; and enjoy being part of a friendly and outgoing team. You will also need a UK or Commonwealth legal qualification and exceptional results throughout your academic history.
