• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform back office tasks such as account maintenance and opening.
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure integrity of operations and guidelines.
• Attend trainings and development programs and apply learnings.
• Review and validate documents from branches/sales before action within SLA.
• Update status/reason for rejection via email or workflow system.
