Job summary

TEN-XER is seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead enterprise-wide Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives across banking systems. You will define reference architectures, reusable components and secure integration patterns for chat assistants, autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, cybersecurity, data and governance teams to deliver production-grade AI capabilities, including secure API integration, token-efficient memory and robust

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or AI.
Relevant cloud architecture, AI engineering or security architecture certifications preferred.
12+ years in software engineering/architecture with 4+ years in AI/agent architecture within banking.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise-wide Agentic AI architecture and governance guardrails for banking use cases.
Architect conversational AI and agent platforms for retail banking including payments, servicing and self-service journeys.
Translate requirements into scalable, secure AI solution architectures with observability and resilience.
Design multi-agent ecosystems with planning, orchestration, tool usage and memory management.
Lead architecture for RAG platforms, knowledge retrieval and grounding strategies.
Define token-efficient context engineering patterns to optimize latency and cost.
Set standards for model evaluation, guardrails, auditability and performance.
Create architecture documents and ARB-ready presentations for approvals.
Collaborate across teams to build a sustainable AI ecosystem.
