Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Banking Advisors in providing tailored financial advice and product recommendations to clients.

• Support the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation and KYC compliance.

• Help with client account maintenance and updates.

• Conduct market and financial research to support advisory presentations.

• Shadow client meetings to observe needs analysis and relationship management.

• Provide administrative support to the advisory team.

• Participate in sales and service campaigns for banking products such as savings accounts, loans, and investment services.

• Handle client queries with professionalism and escalate issues when needed.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, policies, and compliance requirements.
