Working With a Junior Accounting Professional for Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Preparing sales quotes, invoices and updating the same in the bookkeeping system.
- Review and process compensation.
- Capacity to liaise, co-ordinate and connect effectively with all firm divisions as well as internal and external events.
- Manage balance dues and payables.
- Prepare the weekly update for all receivables.
- Coordinate appropriate monetary transactions as well as other financial tasks including the handling of orders and the payment of invoices.
- Integrate all bank settlements and submit the settlement for approval.
- Ability to prepare financial reports, bank settlements, as well as financial statements.
- Prepare settlements for handling as well as publishing the same in the system.
- Tested work experience in the bookkeeping area.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Great understanding of bookkeeping procedures.
- Exceptional communication skills and effectiveness in English— written as well as spoken.
