Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service and financial transactions in a friendly and professional manner. Responsibilities

The Bank Teller will report directly to the Branch Manager. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to providing customer service, processing banking transactions accurately, handling cash deposits and withdrawals, issuing cheques, verifying signatures on documents, cross-selling bank products and services, answering customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints or referring customers to appropriate personnel. The successful candidate must be able to provide exceptional customer service while adhering to all banking policies and procedures.
