Job summary

Ecojob is seeking an experienced Bank Teller for our Abu-Dhabi location. The successful candidate will handle customer transactions, greet customers, and provide excellent service with strong attention to detail.

The role requires at least two years in a banking environment, superb communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1,000 AED, with openness to immigrants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in a banking environment.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Strong math skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with prompt, professional service
• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, etc.
• Balance cash drawer accurately at the end of each shift
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
• Manage customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Provide assistance to customers in any way possible
