You will process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and account openings, provide product information, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure a seamless, professional service that upholds the bank’s values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Open and close customer accounts while following bank policies.
• Assist customers by identifying needs and providing product and service information.
• Direct customers to appropriate branch representatives for specialized assistance.
• Reconcile cash drawers at end of shift and manage cash.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and special customer requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
