Job summary

BD SELECT Dubai is seeking a Head of Bakery – Training Centre to lead all bakery and bread activities at the Training Centre Dubai, ensuring technical excellence, consistency, and innovation across production and training programs.

You will supervise bakery specialists, coach trainers, and collaborate with technical, sales, and marketing teams to deliver masterclasses and regional demonstrations while maintaining premium standards in a hot climate.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Bakery or Culinary Arts (required).
• 6–8 years of professional bakery experience.
• Experience in leadership or training roles.
• Fluent in English; French and Arabic are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate all bakery and bread activities within the Training Centre.
• Ensure consistent technical standards across all bakery-related training sessions and demonstrations.
• Coach and support bakery trainers and assistants in both technical execution and training delivery.
• Act as the main bakery technical reference for the Training Centre.
• Oversee preparation and execution of high-quality bread and bakery products for trainings and demonstrations.
