Baker in Abu Dhabi

We are in search of a skilled Baker to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Baker, you will be responsible for the production of various baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess a passion for baking.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes according to recipes
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and are presented attractively
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to develop new menu items

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker or relevant role
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
• Excellent time management skills to ensure products are ready on time for customers
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy ingredients or equipment if necessary
• Good communication skills in English
• Indian nationality preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
