Job summary

EliteHosts in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. You will prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards.

Responsibilities include preparing doughs, batters and fillings, monitoring oven temperatures, decorating products, keeping the work area clean and ordering ingredients as needed. The position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month with visa sponsorship for Pakistani nationals, full-time with growth

• Prepare doughs batters and fillings for various baked goods
• Bake different types of breads pastries and other baked goods
• Monitor oven temperature and adjust as needed
• Ensure all products are of high quality and meet our standards
• Decorate and finish products with glazes or toppings
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Order ingredients and supplies as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery setting
• Knowledge of baking techniques measurements and ingredients
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work early mornings weekends and holidays as needed
