Abroad Work is seeking a Baker Assistant in Dubai to support our bakers in preparing and baking pastries, breads, and other goods. You will join a professional bakery environment and gain hands-on experience under seasoned staff.

The role emphasizes quick learning, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Accommodation is provided, and the position is exclusive to Pakistani nationals with visa arrangements. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Pakistani national with own visa is required.
• Fluent in Urdu or Punjabi; English proficiency is not required.
• No prior experience needed; training provided.
• Contract duration: 6 months.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of ingredients and doughs.
• Operating baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers.
• Measuring and weighing ingredients accurately.
• Monitoring baking times and temperatures.
• Assisting with decorating and packaging baked goods.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
