Job Description:

1. Prepare and bake a variety of traditional Arabic breads and pastries.
2. Mix and proof doughs using traditional methods to achieve consistent texture and flavor.
3. Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure perfect results across all products.
4. Maintain a clean and organized baking station, following food safety and hygiene standards.
5. Assist with inventory checks and communicate supply needs to the kitchen manager.

Qualifications:

• Below 35 years old.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a baker in an Arabic or Middle Eastern kitchen, either in the home country or abroad.
• Skilled in making traditional Arabic baked goods, dough preparation, oven use, and following authentic recipes.
• Culinary certification or bakery training is a plus.
