Job description

This role involves :

  • Managing all backstage operations, including coordination with performers, crew, and ensuring smooth event flow and setup.
  • Discretion and professionalism in VIP handling.
  • Serving as the primary communication point for backstage requests and coordinating with all internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Overseeing event readiness, including bump-in / bump-out, and supporting seamless overnight changeovers and back-to-back show transitions.
  • Coordinating all backstage access control, accreditation, Meet & Greets, media interviews, and managing crowd flow.
  • Providing administrative support, accreditation, managing backstage inventory, completing event checklists, and reporting any damages or issues.
  • Supporting the assigned Event Manager with the online event management software, including the event information and reports related to backstage.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with all WHS policies, participating in emergency training, and maintaining operational levels of backstage equipment.
  • Following all Coca-Cola Arena policies and procedures and departmental service standards.

You should have : Qualifications :

  • Hospitality / Event Management qualifications or equivalent experience.

Experience :

  • Minimum 2-4 years in backstage or event support roles.
  • Experience in stage management or event coordination.
  • Experience in Administrative and documentation.
  • Current working knowledge of planning & managing medium to large scale events
  • Current knowledge of hospitality / events trends.
  • Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the
