- A high level of ownership and responsibility of all work done by the team
- Position will be involved in design and implementation of low latency, high availability and high-performance services
- Reporting line to R&D Group Lead
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience of leading a team of 3+ engineers
- Hands-on experience of at least 4 years with object-oriented programming, high-scale backend development in Python
- Ability to manage time effectively and direct the team towards the same standards
- Ability to work in a multi-technology environment & learn new technologies
- Experience in working with cloud-based architectures and AWS specifically
