About the Company

As part of our strategic expansion across the MENA region, we are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Abu Dhabi office.

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Manager to oversee daily post-trade operations, including settlements, payments, reconciliations, and instruction handling. Reporting to the Head of Back Office, you’ll ensure smooth and compliant execution of processes in line with FSRA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle trade settlements (DMA/OTC) with brokers, custodians, and counterparties
  • Manage corporate actions, client transfers, and static data updates
  • Oversee internal and client payments
  • Perform daily reconciliations of cash, trades, and positions
  • Maintain data accuracy in TraderNet and internal systems
  • Investigate and resolve trade breaks and settlement issues
  • Support regulatory and internal reporting
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Compliance, and IT

Requirements

  • Experience in investment operations
  • Strong knowledge of post-trade processes and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with FSRA or similar regulatory frameworks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
