Job Overview
As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily activities of the telecom sales team. From handling documentation and CRM management to preparing reports and coordinating with internal departments, this position ensures operational efficiency and sales process continuity. It s a perfect role for candidates with a strong administrative background and a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and CRM data entry
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer information within the CRM system
* Prepare sales reports, contracts, and proposals in a timely manner
* Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, legal, and operations for sales processing
* Manage customer documentation, contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance
* Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and approvals
* Serve as the communication link between the sales team and internal teams for escalations and approvals
* Assist with meeting scheduling, travel planning, and team logistics
* Generate and submit weekly/monthly performance reports and analytical insights

Job Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, back-office operations, or administration preferably in the telecom sector
* Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
* Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
