Key Responsibilities
- Increasing sales in an assigned market by developing and maintaining relationships with partners and clients.
- Sourcing potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals (Sharmax Marketing team will support you with hot leads).
- Identifying potential customers through prospecting, following up on sales leads, scheduling and completing product sales and educational training, and maintaining relationships with existing partners.
- Building and expanding territory relationships for increased sales volumes. Identify and establish contact with target clients through prospecting.
- Educating clients on products and services.
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals. Develop effective sales strategy. Execute effective communication with your network.
- Maintaining records of sales leads and opportunities in CRM System.
- Developing and maintain trusting relationships for success.

Skills & Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Arabic (native speaker)
- Previous experience in a B2C sales role, preferably in a similar industry or product category within UAE Market
- A genuine passion for helping customers and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the company.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
