A leading company in the business setup sector is seeking a B2C Sales Coordinator. This role involves coordinating client communications, supporting them through application processes for licenses and visas, and ensuring compliance in business operations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the industry and excels in customer service, making a significant impact on client satisfaction.
B2C Sales Coordinator (Female Preferred)
Core Responsibilities
Client Coordination & Support:
• Maintain and organize client records; ensure seamless communication between clients, Sales Representatives, and internal teams.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing delays, resolving concerns, and guiding them through the application process for licenses, IC, EC, and visas.
• Support clients with Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documentation follow-ups.
Sales Support & CRM Management:
• Perform name checks in support of BSAs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records in Zoho CRM; reconcile discrepancies and ensure system alignment.
• Communicate with BSAs to ensure timely closure and documentation of sales.
KYC & Video Verification:
• Guide clients through the Know Your Customer (KYC) video process, provide technical support, and track completion.
• Ensure clients understand the verification process and provide reassurance and assistance where necessary.
Visa & Application Handling:
• Support clients in visa application submissions and follow-ups, including tracking progress and communicating updates.
• Collect additional documentation post-submission, ensure timely uploads, and communicate application status regularly.
Application Review & Error Resolution:
• Identify and correct application errors (e.g., incorrect details, missing data, formatting).
• Facilitate client-requested changes prior to license issuance and ensure updates are reflected across all relevant systems.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, and Sales departments to streamline the processing of applications and address roadblocks.
• Prepare regular reports on application statuses and client interactions for management. Refund Processing & FDR Applications:
• Handle internal and full refund requests, ensuring policy compliance and timely updates to clients.
• Apply for and track FDRs (Financial Dispute Resolutions) on behalf of BSAs when required.
Customer Service Excellence:
• Deliver courteous and professional service to all clients, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
• Address client inquiries across all touchpoints, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Qualification:
At least 1 Year experience in the Business setup Industry.
