Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to drive sales growth in our HR and technology solutions division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new business, and nurturing client relationships to ensure continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in HR and technology solutions.
  2. Identify and target new business opportunities within the HR and technology sectors.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  4. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.
  7. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
  8. Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute effective lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within HR and technology solutions or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of HR and technology services, including recruitment, staffing, consultancy, and tech solutions.
  4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  6. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Knowledge of the UAE market and an existing client network is highly desirable.
  8. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  9. Valid UAE driver's license.
