Metasphere Technologies, the driving force behind alist.ae, is growing, and we are looking for a Sales Manager with a strong training background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales leadership, business development, and training teams to maximize performance.
This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue, and educating team members and clients about our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Sales Leadership & Training: Lead by example in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals while coaching and mentoring the sales team to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Team Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and industry knowledge. Ensure the team is well-equipped to handle client interactions confidently.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on acquiring new business and strengthening existing relationships.
- Product Education: Train both the sales team and clients on alist.ae's offerings, ensuring they understand the value proposition and can effectively communicate it.
- Collaboration: Work closely with C-level executives and other departments to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, provide actionable feedback, and continuously improve training programs to optimize results.
Who You Are
- Sales & Training Expert: At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in training and mentoring sales teams.
- Leadership-Driven: You can lead a team while actively selling, setting the standard through hands-on experience.
- Passionate Trainer: You love teaching and coaching, ensuring the team understands sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance.
- Results-Oriented: You thrive on hitting targets and driving revenue growth while empowering others to do the same.
- Strategic Thinker: You understand how to align day-to-day sales activities with long-term business goals.
