B2B Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

15,000 to 25,000 AED in total compensation

About Us

Metasphere Technologies, the driving force behind alist.ae, is growing, and we are looking for a Sales Manager with a strong training background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales leadership, business development, and training teams to maximize performance.

This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue, and educating team members and clients about our products and services.

What You'll Do

  1. Sales Leadership & Training: Lead by example in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals while coaching and mentoring the sales team to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
  2. Team Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and industry knowledge. Ensure the team is well-equipped to handle client interactions confidently.
  3. Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on acquiring new business and strengthening existing relationships.
  4. Product Education: Train both the sales team and clients on alist.ae's offerings, ensuring they understand the value proposition and can effectively communicate it.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with C-level executives and other departments to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
  6. Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, provide actionable feedback, and continuously improve training programs to optimize results.

Who You Are

  1. Sales & Training Expert: At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in training and mentoring sales teams.
  2. Leadership-Driven: You can lead a team while actively selling, setting the standard through hands-on experience.
  3. Passionate Trainer: You love teaching and coaching, ensuring the team understands sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance.
  4. Results-Oriented: You thrive on hitting targets and driving revenue growth while empowering others to do the same.
  5. Strategic Thinker: You understand how to align day-to-day sales activities with long-term business goals.
  6. Confident Communicator: You can engage and educate both sales teams and clients about the product, making complex information easy to understand.
