Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Diamond Jewelry Sales professional to join our team at Shashvat Jewels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diamonds and jewelry, as well as a proven track record of success in sales within the industry. The candidate should also have experience in B2B sales in diamond and jewelry of Lab Grown Diamonds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets. - Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of diamonds, jewelry, and industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date with market developments, new products, and competitor activity.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on diamond and jewelry purchases. - B2B Sales and Account Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
- Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
- Manage and resolve client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. - Sales Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth. - Administrative and Reporting Tasks:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and databases.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, gemology).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales within the diamond and jewelry industry.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Lab Grown diamonds, jewelry, and industry trends.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in sales, with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- B2B Sales Experience: Experience in B2B sales in diamond and jewelry, with a strong understanding of client needs and business challenges.
