Permanent Position: B2B Sales Executive

Job Overview: As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Dubai market. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting our software solutions as the best fit.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software.
  4. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software industry.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Knowledge of the Dubai market and experience selling to businesses in the region is a plus.
  8. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
