Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Master’s Degree is desirable.
  • 8+ years’ experience in sales with a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing teams.
  • Establish channel partner strategy, focusing on network growth and GP targets.
  • Manage the Corporate Training team to provide high-quality training for staff and channel partners
  • Proven experience in business development, relationship management and leadership roles.
  • Business formation and legal knowledge.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement the B2B sales strategy and drive organizational growth.
  • This role required significant travelling. Valid UAE driving license is required for the role.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
  • Preparing periodic reports on a weekly and monthly and as and when required by the management.
