Position Overview
We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our B2B Lead Generation team. In this role, you will play a vital role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, fostering relationships, and driving sales opportunities for our industry-leading B2B programs.
As a B2B Lead Generation Sales Executive you will
  1. Lead Generation:
    1. Proactively research and identify potential B2B clients who would benefit from The Entertainer's rewards programs.
    2. Utilize a variety of strategies to generate leads including following up on inbound inquiries, conducting database research, and cold calling.
    3. Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and pain points to determine the best fit with The Entertainer's solutions.
  2. Relationship Building:
    1. Conduct outreach and schedule meetings for our sales team to present The Entertainer's offerings.
    2. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  3. Sales Pipeline Management:
    1. Effectively track leads, manage the sales funnel, and measure progress.
    2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and communication.
    3. Work collaboratively with the Sales team to convert qualified leads into paying customers.

What we're looking for
  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field (experience in lead generation a plus).
  2. Strong communication skills.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. A hunter mentality with a passion for exceeding goals and driving results.
  6. Some experience with SEO marketing is favorable but not necessary.
