About this role
PANGAIA is searching for someone who can support the Sales team in the B2B business unit of the team called Powered by PANGAIA, reporting into our Head of B2B.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn in an inspiring environment and looking for a 360-degree immersion into a dynamic, fast-growing start-up.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operational sales activities (client meetings, samples management, account management). This is a role focused on developing relationships – both internally and externally – as well as establishing processes. You will need to be proactive, reactive to customer requests, incredibly organized, and able to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
The role will also require delivering the highest quality service by managing inbound client requests, following up on client meetings, managing samples, interfacing with internal colleagues (Product, Fulfilment, Finance), and being an ambassador of PANGAIA Science. Strong organisational leadership, with a sense of ownership, is key. This role is highly operational and attention to detail, as well as problem-solving is inherent to the role.
