Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Development, preparation, and execution of specific avionic theoretical training (tools, ground support equipment, etc.), including related documentation.
  2. Conducting practical training sessions as requested by the production team.
  3. Maintaining aircraft used for training purposes.
  4. Providing Part-147 practical training under Fujairah Aviation Academy approval in accordance with the respective MTOE, when necessary.
  5. Supervising and supporting students' progress, including training, qualification, discipline, motivation, goals, and responsibilities.
  6. Ensuring compliance with aviation regulations as per EASA/GCAA Part-147 and Part-66 within your area of competence and responsibility.
  7. Adhering to the Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
  8. Assisting the production team with procedural or technical issues that require a Production Trainer's expertise.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Licensed Aircraft Engineer with an active AML Part 66 B2 License.
  2. Experience as a Part-147 practical trainer/assessor and instructor.
  3. Minimum of 5 years experience in aviation maintenance.
  4. Diploma in professional training is an advantage.
  5. Excellent command of English.
  6. Strong communication skills.
  7. Good team player.
