Fujairah Aviation Academy seeks a Licensed Aircraft Engineer to lead avionic theoretical and practical training. The candidate will guide student progress, maintain training aircraft, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations. A minimum of five years in aviation maintenance and an active AML Part 66 B2 License are essential.
1- Development, preparation, and delivery of specific avionic theoretical training (tools, ground support equipment, etc.), including necessary documentation.
2- Conducting practical training sessions as requested by the production team.
3- Maintenance of aircraft used for training purposes.
4- Conducting Part-147 practical training under Fujairah Aviation Academy approval, in accordance with the relevant MTOE, when necessary.
5- Supervising and supporting students' progress, including training, qualification, discipline, motivation, goals, and responsibilities.
6- Ensuring compliance with aviation regulations according to EASA/GCAA Part-147 and Part-66 within your area of responsibility.
7- Working in accordance with Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
8- Assisting production with procedural or technical issues requiring a Production Trainer's expertise.
Desired Candidate Profile
1- Licensed Aircraft Engineer with an active AML Part 66 B2 License.
2- Experience as a Part-147 practical trainer/assessor and instructor.
3- Minimum of 5 years in aviation maintenance.
4- Diploma in professional training is advantageous.
5- Excellent proficiency in English.
6- Strong communication skills.
7- Good team player.
