Job summary

Halian is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making in the healthcare sector.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality, build Tableau-based visuals, and contribute to predictive analytics and operational efficiency initiatives in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Qualifications And Experience

Education

Professional Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and interpretation of complex datasets.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory KPIs and performance indicators is an advantage.
• Experience working with business intelligence tools, particularly Tableau, is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SQL queries, data reporting, and statistical analysis.
• Exposure to data modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning concepts is an advantage.
