Job summary

IT People Gulf seeks an experienced Assistant Manager – Cloud & Infrastructure Services to join our Abu Dhabi team on a full-time on-site basis. You will own IT infrastructure activities, cloud management platforms, and project deployments, coordinating with Network Administrators and leadership.

You will lead Azure-focused initiatives, ensure uptime, manage client relations, and align with governance frameworks. UAE residency and readiness for immediate- to 15-days notice are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cloud Computing or related field.
• 6–8 years of IT infrastructure, cloud services, or enterprise systems administration.
• Strong hands-on Azure administration and hybrid infrastructure experience.
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale cloud and infrastructure projects.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE residency with valid work authorization and on-site Abu Dhabi availability.
• Immediate to 15 days notice period.
• Focus on maximum system uptime.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and optimize Cloud Management services and hybrid infrastructure.
• Assess, design, plan, and execute IT infrastructure projects per policies.
• Monitor and support enterprise systems in Azure and other cloud environments.
• Plan and coordinate IT activities to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Interface with internal teams, partners, Network Admins, and leadership.
• Manage customer and partner relations to meet service standards.
• Oversee performance metrics, reporting, and capacity planning.
• Ensure adherence to security baselines and IT governance.
