Enrollme HR Recruiters is seeking an experienced Cyber Security & IT Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise IT architecture, cybersecurity governance, and network operations in Abu Dhabi. This on-site, permanent role welcomes Emirati male professionals and offers an executive UAE package.

You will direct technical teams, drive risk management, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive professional experience in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity operations.
• Strong practical expertise in network management, system installation, cabling, and wireless technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic) with executive stakeholder presentation capabilities.
• Exclusive Emirati national (male candidates only) eligibility and on-site UAE work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Direct, manage, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure, server environments, computer systems, and network architectures.
• Formulate, implement, and monitor robust cybersecurity policies and information security protocols.
• Oversee network management, structured cabling, wireless technologies, and data center connectivity.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion within budgets and timelines.
• Drive vulnerability assessments, threat monitoring, incident response, and ISO security audits.
