Job summary

Virtua Advanced Solutions seeks a senior AI/Cloud architect to lead discovery, design secure AI architectures on the Microsoft cloud stack, and build production-ready demos and PoCs. You will own RFP/RFI technical workstreams and articulate complex tradeoffs to executives.

Required are 7+ years in software/architecture with hands-on generative AI, LLM patterns, and strong security, IAM, and monitoring knowledge; English communication must be clear and concise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience across software engineering, cloud architecture, AI/ML engineering or enterprise solution consulting.
• Hands-on experience designing and building generative AI solutions using LLMs, enterprise RAG and/or AI agents.
• Strong production engineering, security, monitoring, and operational support understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with client business data security and technology stakeholders to translate priorities into qualified AI use cases and solution requirements.
• Design secure, scalable enterprise architectures for generative AI, agentic AI, conversational AI, and related applications on the Microsoft cloud stack.
• Build working demonstrations, accelerators, and proof-of-concepts using production-relevant patterns, not just mock-ups, to validate feasibility and value.
• Own the technical workstream of RFPs, RFIs, and proposals including architecture, scope, assumptions, dependencies, non-functional requirements, and delivery risks.
• Define RAG grounding, tool-use, memory orchestration, evaluation, observability, and human-in-the-loop patterns per use case.
