Staff Connect UAE is seeking an AI Specialist with deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions within the Intelligent Automation Team. You will work across business functions to deliver measurable value.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry, plus governance, security, and enterprise architecture alignment. Collaboration with IT and business stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience delivering AI/automation in enterprise settings.
Strong design and delivery experience across MS Copilot, Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
Experience aligning AI solutions with governance, security, and architecture standards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and intelligent automation solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI transformation opportunities.
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to drive implementation.
Coordinate with IT, business teams for successful deployment and adoption.
Provide user training and support adoption of AI solutions.
Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
