Job Title : Ayurveda Massage Therapist

Reporting to : Head of Operations

Work Base : Wellth by Medcare

Working Hours : 48 hours per week with different shift timings

Main Responsibilities

• Performs daily panchakarma and other ayurvedic therapies, guided by doctor and as scheduled which includes preparing the therapy room with necessary equipment, oils, herbs, etc, performing the therapies as well as cleaning and setting up the room for the next therapy.
• Performs professional quality massage, within scope of practice and licensing (as applicable).
• Assists in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
• Creates excellent Guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Communicates well and explains correctly about massage and after care.
• Adhere to all policies and protocol.
• Assists in the cleanliness of the therapy rooms and common areas.
• Keeps a track of wellness chart and documents guest’ s progress accurately and completely.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Keeps a track of linens, herbs, oils and other consumables required for each session.
• Maintains the inventory and restocking the consumables as required.
• Manage ordering the required consumables following correct protocol.
• Maintains records and files proper documentation
• Answers all queries of Guests regarding treatments, timings, consumables, condition, after care, promotions and other scans if required
• Greet and receive clients and their escorts.
• Answer telephone calls and provide information requested.
• Make necessary data entry into the Clinic Information System.
• To make Registration for clients.
• To answer the call for the clinic services and charges.
• Preparing cost estimation for next treatment or procedure.
• Perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Should be able to look well-groomed as per the standards of Service excellence team.
• Ensuring planning, coordination, assisting in the smooth flow of events at Wellth.
• Should be able to achieve the goal and objects as instructed for the client by the consulting doctor.
• Upholds confidentiality of clients and treatments.
• Ensures Guest Retentions.

1. Education:

• Fluent in English is required. Arabic is preferred.
