Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior Platform Infrastructure engineer to design and deploy production-grade AWS AI platform services, with tenancy patterns and landing zones for multiple AI products.

You will own IaC with Terraform, run Kubernetes-based runtimes (EKS, Lambda), and manage Bedrock/SageMaker, IAM, VPC, and API connectivity, while driving cost control and monitoring across the stack.

Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and IaC (Terraform) is non-negotiable.
• Deep AWS knowledge across services (Bedrock, SageMaker, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).
• Strong design and documentation of cloud architectures and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Design reusable AWS AI platform services and tenancy patterns.
• Deploy production-ready AWS environments from scratch using landing zones.
• Deploy, scale, and manage AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Rekognition, Textract, Lookout).
• Standardize deployments with Terraform for modularity and release management.
• Engineer runtime patterns using EKS, Lambda, containers; implement event processing.
• Ensure secure API connectivity via API Gateway and Kong; manage IAM and VPC access.
• Proactively manage cloud costs and implement monitoring/alerting.
• Design automated CI/CD pipelines and self-service templates for onboarding.
