Job summary

CDHORIZON United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled AWP Field Service Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of aerial work platforms and heavy construction equipment on customer sites. You will conduct preventive maintenance, document activities, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires a degree or diploma in engineering, proven technical experience, and a willingness to travel to client sites to maximize uptime and field service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Proven experience in a technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Work over aerial work platforms (AWP) and other construction equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery.
• Provide field service support at customer sites when required.
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heavy equipment and machinery efficiently.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and reduce breakdowns.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers as well as internal teams.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members regarding service updates and technical issues.
• Document all service activities, prepare reports, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Other tasks assigned by the management.
