Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai seeks an AVP to lead Risk & Support Functions Technologies, driving strategic planning and adoption of odd platforms like IFRS9, Basel III, GRC, and RPA to enhance compliance and operational excellence.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems, deliver AI-powered compliance solutions, and present progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Engineering/Computer Science.
• 15+ years in banking IT with Risk Management Platforms experience (Credit Risk, Basel III, ALM).
• Experience in sanction and transaction monitoring domains with PM/MA responsibilities.
• Technical skills include Credit/Liquidity Risk, ALM, Basel III, FTP platforms.
• Soft skills: stakeholder influence, strategic thinking, leadership (10+ team management).

About the job AVP - Risk & Support Functions Technologies

Job Purpose:

Lead the strategic planning, development and management of Risk & Support Functions Technologies, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of platforms like IFRS9, Basel III, GRC, RPA, and more to drive operational excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Management of all platforms and systems relating to the Risk Department and Support Functions Technologies and Platforms (IFRS9, Asset and Liability Management (ALM) platform, Basel III platform, Application and Decision Scorecards systems, Fraud Management Systems, the Banks Collections Platform, Governance Risk and Controls (GRC) Platform, SharePoint, Document Management System, Automation Technologies, BPM Platform, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Technologies, etc.).
• Application Management of all platforms and systems relating to the Support Functions Technologies and Platforms such as SharePoint, Document Management System, Automation Technologies, BPM Platform, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Technologies, etc.)
• Application Management of all platforms and systems relating to the Support Functions Technologies and Platforms such as SharePoint, Document Management System, Automation Technologies, BPM Platform, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Technologies, etc.)
• Ensure seamless integration of such technologies and associated platform with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Drive adoption of such technologies and tools and provide training to teams for effective utilization.
