Description
The role sits within the Structured Finance team, reporting into the Head of Structured Finance. The role involves assisting on marketing, transaction origination, and execution of structured financing, with a strong focus on transactions in the GCC. Origination includes all structured products in sectors such as greenfield and brownfield finance, asset acquisition finance, refinancing, DCM (both private and public), and Hedging. This role provides support to VP-ED level employees managing transactions, including analysis and administration tasks, with significant knowledge and responsibility. Lending roles include structured finance lending as MLA/lead bank and coordinator, as well as documentation bank, technical bank, and/or agent.

There is a client-facing element, including gathering information (KYC, DD), financial modelling, presenting analysis, and attending client meetings or calls as appropriate.

Profile
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of structured finance, especially legal documentation involved
- Experience in large financial institutions, industry, advisory, or finance roles
- Strong numerical and financial skills
- Methodical, meticulous, with attention to detail
- Strong project management skills, experienced in Financial Close, CP process, Documentation process
- Language skills are a plus
