Job summary

Network International is seeking an AVP, Interchange & Pricing to lead revenue strategy for the Merchant Acquiring business in the UAE. You will shape pricing, forecasting, and performance dashboards, collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Risk, and Finance to drive growth across SME and enterprise merchants.

The role requires 10+ years in commercial or revenue strategy, payments experience, and strong data analytics skills; Power BI/Tableau proficiency and SQL/Python knowledge are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field or similar experience.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Tableau; understanding of SQL and Python for data analysis and commercial modelling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for senior leadership and non-specialists.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for acquiring, targeting key verticals, segments, and geographies.
• Drive market segmentation, channel mix optimization, and merchant onboarding strategies.
• Lead initiatives to reduce CAC and increase merchant lifetime value; drive sales performance and revenue growth.
• Partner with sales leadership to design sales operating models, performance metrics, and incentive structures.
• Enhance sales enablement through training and market intelligence to boost productivity and conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities to improve yield via cross-sell, upsell, and usage optimization.
• Build and manage dashboards and performance reporting for new signups, volume growth, retention, and profitability.
• Use data to forecast merchant behavior, optimize sales funnels, and track ROI of commercial initiatives.
• Lead bundling, discounting, and volume-based pricing strategies; monitor cost-to-serve and profitability.
