noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do :

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. As AVP of Externalization, you will lead the growth and sales of noon’s 3PL and warehousing services across the region. You’ll drive strategic partnerships, unlock new revenue streams, and maximize fulfilment center capacity. This role demands a commercially driven leader with deep logistics expertise and strong stakeholder influence.

Strategic Growth & Business Expansion

  • Lead the development and execution of noon’s 3PL sales and externalization strategy across the UAE and broader GCC region.
  • Identify and capture high-value commercial opportunities for monetizing warehouse & order fulfillment capabilities.
  • Analyze and scan competitive landscape to refine and improvise noon’s go to market strategy.

Executive Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with enterprise clients, industry partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Represent noon at industry events, forums, and executive briefings to strengthen market presence and drive strategic partnerships.
  • Own revenue targets and P&L responsibility for externalization verticals, including forecasting, budgeting, and margin optimization.
  • Negotiate and structure high-value, multi-year commercial agreements that ensure mutual value creation and long-term client retention.

Operational Excellence & Sales Execution

  • Lead and develop the externalization sales team with instilling a strong focus on performance, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from demand generation to closure, contract execution, and billing cycle alignment.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Commercial Operations to ensure timely collections, deal profitability, and compliance with contractual terms.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Lead market intelligence efforts to anticipate trends, benchmark competition, and inform pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Generate executive-level reporting and insights using CRM tools and dashboards to guide tactical and strategic decision-making.

What you’ll need?

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in contract logistics, supply chain solutions, or B2B infrastructure sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in owning revenue targets and delivering high-growth outcomes within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Deep understanding of the GCC warehousing and logistics landscape, including 3PL service models and regional client dynamics.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to lead contract negotiations, structure large-scale deals, and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Executive presence with outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a track record of building scalable sales processes.
