Job Description

Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for managing Card customer lifecycles, including Acquisition and Portfolio, using predictive and prescriptive analytics for PBG, both ETB and NTB. The role involves managing cross-sell and upsell customer communications, enabling an AI-driven organization, and liaising with business and IT project teams to develop roadmaps and implement strategies. Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals to create value, turning data insights and banking trends into strategic roadmaps for journeys, channels, and products.

Accountabilities
Core Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business segments and senior stakeholders within PBG to leverage analytics capabilities, supporting acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, retention, and win-back strategies.
  • Monitor and report on demand and performance trends, market share, and competitive intelligence; relate trends to pricing actions; prepare reports for product heads and executives.
    • Interpret financial model results and apply learnings to portfolio and acquisition analytics.
    • Expand analytics activities to include monetization across ideation, innovation, and product lifecycle management.
  • Drive customer segmentation based on demographics and purchase patterns to develop tailored value propositions.
  • Perform quantitative analyses to design customer lifecycle strategies, employing a champion-challenger approach.
  • Lead and mentor analytics teams to establish high performance standards.
  • Ensure effective inter-department communication regarding roles, requirements, dependencies, decisions, and workflows.
Specific Accountabilities:
  • Work with product, marketing, digital, and distribution teams to understand and optimize the customer acquisition journey using AI-driven strategies.
    • Manage and report on product conversion metrics and develop roadmaps to improve customer engagement through targeted products/services.
  • Bring industry insights and innovative ideas to stakeholders.
