Job description

The Cards Product Manager is an intermediate level position responsible for the development and execution of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to increase market share and revenue whilst ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate product risk assessment, governance and compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies.
  • Conduct client, market and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities and help shape new product developments / enhancements.
  • Implement client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients.
  • Contribute to day-to-day product management including program delivery, client experience, process enhancement, client communications and managing product collateral across physical and digital assets.
  • Analyze client feedback through customer research, complaints and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to develop & execute action plans that enhance the overall client experience.
  • Liaise with and manage external partners to enhance the customer value proposition and drive increased cards acquisition & usage, whilst optimizing expenses.
  • Deploy profitable marketing strategies, implement key growth initiatives and maintain current market intelligence on overall industry verticals and competitors.
  • Partner with Marketing Product Managers in monitoring product/marketing programs, roadmaps, developments and launches to gain maximum benefit from each program/product and deliver on client value propositions.
  • Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.
