Zusammenfassung

Air Arabia is seeking a Records and Compliance Specialist to oversee maintenance records for the fleet. You will ensure accurate data in logbooks and the fleet management system, coordinating with engineering, stores and maintenance to support re-delivery and lease activities.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good English communication, and familiarity with aviation documentation and regulatory ARC requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Higher diploma/certificate in Management or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Very good written and verbal communication in English.
• 3+ years experience in aviation records/document control; Airbus A320 exposure desired.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and update the fleet maintenance records in logbooks and fleet system.
• Record completion of maintenance activities from line/base/workshop.
• Perform Aircraft, Engine, APU and Landing Gear build and tree receiving.
• Update navigation database per AIRAC cycle.
• Coordinate technical queries with engineering, stores and maintenance.
• Prepare aircraft records for re-deliveries and lease support.
• Report Service Bulletins to Airbus and OEMs.
• Update engine/APU maintenance and shop visits in system.
• Provide monthly utilization reports to Finance, QA, Planning and Lessors.
• Support Civil Aviation Authority ARC issuance; update records accordingly.
• Assist Third Party Customers and Air Arabia Hubs.
• Produce and share reports with management and other parties; ensure data security.
• Generate various audit-ready reports and maintain documentation for audits.
• Contribute to team and train new joiners in the records area.
• Ensure records archived per procedures and CAAs.
