Qualifications

• Attested degree or honours required; relevant aviation or security qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in aviation or general security.
• Experience in training flight/cabin crew is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of international security regulations and requirements.
• Experience with training course design and performance management; aircrew safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver security training courses for flight and cabin crew in line with regulatory standards.
• Promote security awareness and ensure staff possess required skills to prevent unlawful interference.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and update course materials based on incidents and regulatory changes.
• Assess learner performance and provide remedial training; update assessments accordingly.
• Maintain trainer development and conduct performance reviews aligned with security training procedures.
